Assessment of requirements

In a first step, we evaluate your specific need and also focus on central project specifications such as project duration, budget, location etc.

Candidate acquisition / sourcing process

As soon as we have understood your need, we will start sourcing candidates via phone. In an intense interview with our consultants, the candidates will be evaluated.

Candidate presentation / Introduction

Relevant and valid candidates will be introduced to you (resume + additional information from our interviews). You will immediately get insight on the technical skills, personality, and basic parameters (fee, availabilty) of the candidate.

Assistance in the interview process and offer

We assist you in and throughout your interview process;

additionally, we will help in composing the offer and relevant contracts. We have established processes and contract templates as to speed up the process in the closing phase so that you can start quickly with your project.

Follow-Up Assistance

Our job is not yet done with a signed contract. It just only begins when you have signed a contract with one of our freelance partners. We will accompany you throughout the whole project and will be at your disposal.
