Senior Scientist Development/Process Development/ Technology Transfer (m/f/d)

For one of the most innovative, leading biotechnology companies in the south of Germany, we're searching for several Teamleads in the field of development/ process development/ Technology transfer (m/f/d).

IHRE AUFGABEN

• Technical and disciplinary management of a team responsible 
• Planning, execution, interpretation and documentation of experiments
• Overseeing and steering the development of biochemical characterizations 
• Characterization and development of excipients and packaging materials
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) for process development topics at C(D)MOs as well as technology transfers to GMP production sites
• Preparation of development reports, risk analyses, laboratory instructions, training documents and SOPs
• Participation in interdisciplinary project teams

IHR PROFIL

• PhD in the field of biotechnology, pharmacy or chemistry, or a comparable qualification with min. 2 years of experience in the industry
• Otherwise Masters degree in the field of biotechnology, pharmacy or chemistry with 5+ years of experience in the industry
• Good professional experience in development, process development, tech transfer oder production ideally in a pharmaceutical company
• Proactive, structured, efficient and independent way of working in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented work style
• Fluency in English is a must, additional German skills are a nice to have
