The ideal (Senior) Brand Manager (gn) will be an open-minded, inspiring, and motivated individual who quickly gains the confidence of the leadership team, colleagues, and external partners. This person should be a strong team player capable of thriving in an open, collaborative environment, and able to create strategic visions while also handling detailed tasks as needed.
- Educational Background: Degree in business administration, natural sciences, medicine, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: At least five years of relevant marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on rare diseases or / and endocrinology.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, evaluate promotional and tactical activities, and prepare marketing plans.
- Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of market research, product sales, and sales promotion activities.
- Scientific Understanding: Broad knowledge of science to effectively translate scientific information into business strategies.
- Healthcare System Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the German healthcare system.
- Personal Attributes: High resilience, strong endurance, and an engaging personality to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams.
- Initiative and Problem-Solving: High energy self-starter with a hands-on mentality, capable of working in a fast-growing environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail, able to multi-task effectively.
