Medical Science Liaison (gn) - Hessen, NRW

We are currently assigned to recruit a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) for a growing biotechnology company. In this role, you will leverage clinical and scientific knowledge to support the company's portfolio of innovative endocrinology products. This field-based role focuses on building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs) and requires a high level of medical expertise. Reporting remotely to the regional Head of Medical Affairs, you will play a pivotal role in bridging scientific insights with the medical community.

IHRE AUFGABEN

• Serve as a field-based medical expert, representing Medical Affairs in the endocrinology community.
• Raise awareness of the product pipeline’s potential impact in endocrinology.
• Deliver scientific presentations to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Identify and engage KOLs, professional associations, and advocacy groups to foster strategic relationships.
• Collect and communicate insights on disease areas, products, and industry trends to internal teams.
• Support cross-functional teams with medical expertise, including Market Access and Sales.
• Assist in clinical trial activities and collaborate with external researchers on investigator-initiated trials.

IHR PROFIL

• Several years in an MSL or similar role in the pharmaceutical  or biotech industry with at least a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences; Doctoral degree preferred.
• Experience in endocrinology or rare diseases is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and build relationships.
• Outgoing and persuasive person
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
