DAS UNTERNEHMEN

We are currently assigned to recruit an experienced Key Account Manager (gn) to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, private practices, academic medical centers, and oncology specialists across Germany. The role involves promoting oncology treatments, particularly in solid tumors and gynecological oncology, while driving product awareness and adoption.

IHRE AUFGABEN

• Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve sales targets.
• Build your region and according accounts. 
• Build long-term relationships with key customers, ensuring a patient-centered approach.
• Analyze market data and competitor products to adjust sales strategies effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging with local market needs.
• Manage territory resources and budgets efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.
• Adapt to both virtual and in-person customer engagement.

IHR PROFIL

• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with at least 3 years in oncology.
• Experience in gynecological oncology and/or antibody-drug conjugates (ADC) preferred.
• Proven track record in sales and key account management.
• Strong understanding of the oncology market and reimbursement landscape in Germany.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and sales tools (e.g., Veeva Engage).
• Fluent in German and English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
