IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Provide expert guidance to leadership and operational teams on occupational health and safety, health protection, environmental compliance, and energy management.

  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of integrated management systems aligned with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 standards, including documentation, metrics, legal registers, and audit coordination.

  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies, including developing procedures for hazardous materials and safety equipment.

  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, while managing the associated departmental budget.

  • Contribute to the development, execution, and maintenance of the site’s strategic and operational EEHS plans in close collaboration with site leadership.

IHR PROFIL

  • Completed degree in a technical, engineering, or environmental science discipline, or completed technical vocational training with several years of relevant professional experience and further specialized training.

  • Several years of experience in a similar position, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing setting, with responsibilities related to environmental protection, occupational health and safety, or energy management.

  • Additional training or certifications in areas such as occupational safety, fire protection, hazardous substances management, or environmental regulations are advantageous.

  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with a proactive and practical working style; capable of working independently as well as collaboratively across departments.

  • Confident communication skills in both German and English, suitable for internal collaboration and external reporting or regulatory interaction in an international context.
