Senior Project Manager (w/m/d) – Real-World-Evidence

IHRE AUFGABEN

• Manage Real-World Evidence (RWE) research projects from planning through completion
• Develop study designs and define research objectives and methodologies
• Coordinate research activities and timelines across internal teams and external partners
• Oversee project progress to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and deadlines
• Prepare and review project documentation, reports, and presentations
• Ensure all research activities comply with scientific, ethical, and regulatory standards
• Communicate project updates and outcomes effectively to clients and stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement of research processes and best practices

IHR PROFIL

• Master’s or PhD in a relevant field such as Health Economics, Epidemiology, Public Health, or Biostatistics
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Real-World Evidence (RWE) or health services research
• Proven experience managing research projects from design to delivery
• Familiarity with data collection and analysis methods used in RWE studies
• Understanding of ethics or IRB submission procedures and related documentation
• Strong knowledge of research and data protection regulations (e.g., ICH-GCP, GDPR, HIPAA)
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills with a structured work approach
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• High level of initiative, accountability, and attention to detail
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
