DAS UNTERNEHMEN

We are currently recruiting a Commercial Manager DACH (gn) for an internationally operating company in the consumer health sector. In this high-impact leadership role, you will take full ownership for the strategic and commercial development of key global brands in the skincare and VMS space.

With a strong focus on partnerships, omnichannel expansion and sustainable growth, this role offers the chance to shape the future of a successful portfolio across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland – while working closely with global stakeholders in a dynamic, international environment.

IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Define and execute the regional commercial strategy across brick-and-click, e-commerce, e-pharma and pharmacy channels
  • Build, manage and grow strategic partnerships that drive value for all parties involved
  • Lead and develop a small and efficient cross-functional team, including Trade Marketing 
  • Represent the company at key industry events, partner meetings, and regional forums
  • Monitor and interpret market developments, customer trends and regulatory changes to identify risks and opportunities
  • Oversee contract implementation, partner performance and compliance
  • Act as a liaison between the regional market and global leadership teams to ensure strategic alignment
  • Deliver clear, actionable reporting on performance, challenges and future growth initiatives

IHR PROFIL

  • Extensive experience in senior commercial, business development or partnership roles in the DACH region
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth through strategic collaborations and market expansion
  • Strong understanding of the consumer health, healthcare or FMCG sectors is a must
  • Deep familiarity with the business, regulatory and cultural dynamics in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills
  • Fluency in German and English; additional regional languages are a plus
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Management or a related discipline
