Senior Manager, Strategic Operations & Leadership Enablement - Computational Innovation (gn)

INTRO

We are partnering with a global, research-led healthcare organization to appoint a Senior Manager into a high-visibility PMO environment within Computational Innovation.

This role sits at the intersection of:

• science and strategy,
• leadership enablement and execution,
• global coordination and decision support.

This is not a traditional project management position. It is a high-visibility strategic role within a global innovation environment, designed for someone who can bring clarity, structure, and momentum to complex topics across scientific, operational, and leadership interfaces.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will help translate strategic priorities into aligned execution, decision-ready communication, and coordinated follow-through across a broad range of initiatives and emerging topics.

TASKS

Your responsibilities will include:

• maintaining visibility across strategic priorities, initiatives and deliverables
• driving alignment and structured follow-through across scientific, operational and business stakeholders
• preparing high-quality materials for senior leadership, including decision papers, leadership updates and strategic communication
• supporting planning, reporting and governance for a growing global function
• helping leaders frame options, assess trade-offs and navigate fast-moving topics
• strengthening collaboration and consistency across an international PMO setup

REQUIREMENTS

You combine scientific credibility with strategic sharpness and excellent communication skills. You are comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and know how to turn complex content into clear actions and executive-level narratives.

We are particularly interested in candidates with:

• a PhD, MD or equivalent advanced academic background in life sciences, biomedicine or a related field
• experience in strategy consulting or a comparable strategic role
• exposure to pharmaceutical R&D, biotech, translational science or adjacent innovation-driven environments
• strong executive communication and storytelling capabilities
• the ability to synthesize incomplete information and develop sound recommendations
• confidence in working across functions, cultures and seniority levels
• fluent English skills
