Business Development Manager (w/m/d)

For a highly-innovative biopharmaceutical company focussing on cell therapy (NBE), we are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be assigned to develop a new supplier base for manufacturing and distribution services for the new product. 

IHRE AUFGABEN

• You will develop the business operations field from scratch and identify relevant suppliers within the cell therapy sector
• You will set-up and lateron maintain relevant business partners and suppliers
• You will negotiate contracts and set the basis for collaborations in an international setting
• You will be mainly responsible for establishing a reliable and resilient network of partners and service providers and increase their commitment over time

IHR PROFIL

• Degree in (natural) science or business adminstration
• Very good understanding of the biopharmaceutical and ideally cell therapy market
• Thourough understanding of regulatory aspects and special characteristics of cell therapy products and their stability, manufacturability etc. 
• Excellent networking and communication skills 
• Fluent in English, German is advantageous
• Very strong negotiation skills
• Winning attitute and can-do mentality
