Our client is a family-owned and globally leading biopharmaceutical company specializing in the development of highly innovative therapies and revolutionary healthcare solutions in areas of medical need for humans and animals. We are currently looking for a Senior Automation Manager (m/f/d).
IHRE AUFGABEN
- You are responsible and accountable for the development of general strategies for automation systems
- You will be responsible for the analysis of general developments, interpretation of compliance, data integrity and IT security aspects
- You will develop a biopharmaceutical automation system landscape and support all sites with the results
- You will be responsible for the time, budget and quality of projects while planning for realization
- Supporting other sites, in the implementation of know-how and strategy concepts or large projects for the transfer
IHR PROFIL
- Completed diploma, or master's degree in automation engineering or comparable qualifications
- Extensive experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes/production and IT and OT technologies
- Good knowledge and market expertise in biopharmaceutical technologies
- Extensive experience in project management, resource management, activity planning, and costcalculation in a cGMP environment
- Initial experience in a leadership position and strong team- and communication skills
- Business fluent in English
