Tech Transfer Manager (Fill and Finish) (m/f/d)

Our client is an innovative biopharmaceutical manufacturing company producing novel drugs with a focus on prophylactic vaccines, cancer immunotherapies and protein-based therapies. We are currently looking for a Tech Transfer Manager (m/f/d) for the Baden-Württemberg area.

IHRE AUFGABEN

• Ensure success in technology and process transfers by applying formal processes and information management tools under a GMP regulated environment
• Leading technology transfer projects in the pharmaceutical field
• Development and optimization of scalable manufacturing processes for filling, storage of RNA products and production
• Responsibility for leading and building a team of engineers and scientists

IHR PROFIL

• Bachelor, Master, or PhD in Biotechnology, Process Engineering, Biochemistry, or similar related field
• Several years of professional experience in process development, tech transfer in a pharmaceutical environment
• Strong leadership experience 
• Fluent written and spoken English
