Head of skin product development (f/m/d)

IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Formulating pathways for the optimum development of products and gaining management approval for the products and plans
  • Leading conversion of market research and customer and consumer insights into innovative and differentiated product attributes relevant for the cosmetic and skin health fields
  • Leading development of the products including leadership of multifunctional teams and management of external service providers to deliver according to plan
  • Creating an atmosphere of excitement internally and externally about our products
  • Supporting engagement with customers by communicating technical aspects of our pipeline and products

IHR PROFIL

  • A technical qualification at university-level which is relevant to cosmetic and skin health products and enabling you to understand biological mechanisms in the skins
  • A track record of successful product development in the cosmetics and/or skin health field, preferably leading multifunctional development teams
  • At least five years of experience in development of cosmetic and/or skin health products
  • Able to work and communicate in an English speaking environment
  • Results focused, including the ability to adapt, to reach targets on time and on budget
  • Able to work in a fast-moving environment, deal with ambiguity and have the courage to take calculated risks appropriate for innovation
