  • You transform in your function as compliance and quality manager external or internal regulatory requirements into implementation concepts and projects for the corporate services division 
  • You will develop and implement valid compliance and quality elements together with the global services of compliance, legal, quality and sourcing
  • You will be responsible that all services and processes that are developed or rolled-out by the corporate services division are based on compliance and quality requirements
  • You encourage an atmosphere of innovation and change to strenghten a compliance and quality culture by leading cross-functional project teams  regarding the implementation of new compliance and quality themes
  • Based on your expertise you define, install and maintain processes for collecting and reporting quality and compliance performance indicators 
  • You will discuss the monthly status of these indicators with the senior management and ensure an active information exchange with global compliance, legal and quality
  • In addition to that you establish training documentation, execute trainings or offer guidance for quality and compliance themes with a focus on sourcing 


  • we expect a master´s degree in legal, life science, business administration or comparable education acquired by relevant work experience
  • furthermore you should have several years of professional background in sourcing or experience with project organizations focused on sourcing themes
  • you should have gained a deep understanding in project management methods as responsible manager of cross-functional project teams
  • you are customed to work in an international cross functional environment
  • you have a high level of persuasiveness, persistence and governance with sound judgement and excellent communication skills in english and german
