Scientist (f/m/d) Cell-Based Bioassay Development

For one of the most innovative, leading biotechnology companies in the south of Germany, we're searching for a Scientist  for Cell Based bioassay development (m/f/d).

IHRE AUFGABEN

• Independent development and optimization of cell-based in vitro assays with hands-on work in the lab
• Establish new or optimize existing methods and processes
• Statistical data analysis and interpretation of analysis results
• Transfer of methods to external partners (i.e. CROs) and quality control department
• Present and discuss data with associated subject matter experts
• Preparation of SOPs, reports and presentations
• Maintenance of high-end devices

IHR PROFIL

Doctorate in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or equivalent degree
Strong hands-on experience in cell-based assays (e.g. cell culture techniques, protein detection methods, immune stimulation, viability assays, FACS, cell imaging)
Experience in biochemical and molecular methods (e.g. ELISA, WB, enzyme assays and other protein detection methods)
Knowledge in statistical data analysis and experimental design (DoE) is of advantage
Experience in method validation would be a benefit
Proactive, independent, structured and highly motivated
Problem solving skills
Excellent team spirit
Fluent in spoken and written English
