The team-leading communications expert, part of local management team, shapes the external and internal corporate comms strategy to ensure market standing and business growth.   

IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Supporting the cross-functional management team as a key strategic partner
  • Managing and enhancing the organization's reputation locally, both internally and externally
  • Developing and implementing corporate affairs strategies at a local level, ensuring cohesive and effective internal and external communication aligned with strategic objectives
  • Overseeing compliant company presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitoring industry policy changes and adapting communication strategies accordingly
  • Nurturing relationships with relevant media contacts and outlets
  • Integrating new technologies into corporate communication practices
  • Addressing and communicating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters pertinent to the organization
  • Leading the local Corporate Affairs team technically and managerially

IHR PROFIL

  • Successfully earned a university degree in natural sciences, economics, or communication sciences
  • Preferably possesses a minimum of a decade of professional background in corporate affairs within a global corporation
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with management or management teams and adeptness in navigating a matrix organizational structure
  • Proficient in adopting diverse perspectives and adept at simplifying and communicating complex subjects effectively
  • Displays a keen interest in contemporary communication platforms and media
  • Extensive familiarity with the landscape and requirements of the pharmaceutical industry
  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
