For one of the most innovative, leading biotechnology companies in the south of Germany, we're searching for a Manager Tech Transfer/ Bulk Formulation.IHRE AUFGABEN
- Management of a team of scientists, engineers and technical assistants
- Development and optimization of GMP-compliant, scalable manufacturing processes for the production, filling and storage of formulated products
- Evaluation and optimization of analytical methods for process control and quality control
- Support of process transfers into the GMP environment, e.g., collaboration in the preparation of risk analyses, plans and reports
- Preparation of SOPs, laboratory instructions and training documents
IHR PROFIL
- Completed university studies e.g., biotechnology, pharmacy, chemistry, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in process development, ideally in a pharmaceutical environment
- Relevant knowledge of the production of biopharmaceutical formulations as well as their characterization
- Several years of experience in team management
- Basic knowledge in project management, statistical design of experiments and data analysis (DoE) desirable
- Fluent English; German skills are an advantage
